HKIAC平常都没什么cn买卖，2004年2005年合计没几件。
这一次赶在2006-3-16，适用20020930的CNNIC争议办法，像其他大企业一样，ETS委托德汇律师事务所就其考试子品牌提起大量域名争议投诉。为什么在香港？经过我最近看一些案例，似乎香港的专家比北京的专家更倾向这些品牌大企业，动辄世界驰名商标=恶意(你必然明知)，而且港台专家多有海外留学背景，另外大品牌渗透早、影响力大……对恶意的界定更倾向商标持有者，带着放大镜观察被投诉人网页上的蛛丝马迹即成为商业盈利（

到现在我还没看到投诉书，不知道对方律师都固定了什么证据，此案有点悬啊，我感觉双方把握都不大。显然toeic在港台的品牌影响力要大于北京。
最关键，我邮箱就一直没收到通知这专家就确定了(

Dear Mr. Cai:
I received on July 31 a package containing photocopies of (i) a set of documents for the Complaint ("Complaint") filed by Educational Testing Services ("ETS"); (ii) the e-mail communications between Hong Kong International Arbitration Centre (HKIAC) and registrars, and those between HKIAC and the parties; and (iii) a postal receipt proving that the Complaint was duly served on 青島華潤青石油化工有限公司 on 25 March 2006.
After reviewing the above documents, I require your assistance in having CNNIC and ETS clarify the following matters first:
1. The photocopy of CNNIC's Registry WHOIS Data (Exhibit 1 of the Complaint) shows, "Registrant Name: 劉澤斌; and Registrant Organization: 青島華潤青石油化工有限公司". Please have CNNIC clarify whether 劉澤斌 or青島華潤青石油化工有限公司 is the registered owner of the subject domain names.
2. In the Complaint, 劉澤斌 is named the Respondent while 青島華潤青石油化工有限公司 is named the Respondent Organization. Please have ETC clarify whether the Complaint劉澤斌 only, or 青島華潤青石油化工有限公司 as well are the parties against whom ETC filed the Complaint. Please note that the Complaint should have been served on 劉澤斌 instead of 青島華潤青石油化工有限公司 if it was filed against 劉澤斌. If the Complaint was filed against青島華潤青石油化工有限公司 as well, the Complaint should have been served on (i) 劉澤斌 at his residence and/or his e-mail address; and (ii) 青島華潤青石油化工有限公司, addressed to its registered representative at its registered office.
Upon receipt of confirmation on the two matters above, I would proceed accordingly.
