第一次注册IDN遇到的问题？

小弟在domainsite.com查到一个中文简体的IDN是可以注册的,于是动手一步一步注册下来.没想到过了今天,这个域名在账户里还是没有找到.刚才在邮箱收到domainsite的一封电子邮件,内容如下:

我是用信用卡直接划账的，域名现在没有注册成功，domainsite会不会直接将钱退还给我？

domainsite 不會 charge 的; 如果 credit card 有扣款, 應該會 "退款" (信用卡的帳單上會看得出來 ~ "提醒" - 如果帳單是折算成 台幣 or RMB 計價的話; 通常 "退款" 的金額會 "少" 一點點 ~ 因為 銀行 永遠不吃虧的...)

小弟现在才踏入IDN确实有点晚了，好一点的IDN早已被扫得光光的。
