Thank you for contacting DomainSite.com. I have reviewed your transactions as per your request. It appears that these renewals were processed on 2011-03-12. We are only eligible for a refund (from the registry) for 5 days after the renewal date. As such, we are no longer able to offer a refund on these renewals.
Please note, the Automatic Billing feature must be turned on from within the account. This is a feature that you enabled for your domains. Additionally, you created a billing profile to use for the renewals. Please note, you also disabled renewal notifications in your account. When selecting that feature be disabled, you selected that we no longer notify you of renewals or approaching charges.
If we can be of any further assistance, please let us know.

Dear Sirs,
I made a mistake to not disable the auto renew function and you have just billed my 20 domains renewed automatically which I do not want to, can you please cancel these renewals and refund me if possible? thanks.
