Well, it has been 8 days now and my .com.tw domains transfer is still not yet complete.

And the bottleneck appears to be the NeuLevel and it may due to TWNIC's incompetence in English communication with NeuLevel

I followed every steps described by TWNIC and no luck.

Has anyone who actually done this process? I tired to call NeuLevel and they don't even have a customer service number.

Well, I will keep you all updated and let's see if we can actually have .com.tw domains transfered in the next 6 months.

Following are related email communication and information from TWNIC:

=====TWNIC's Domain Transfer Process =========
