Thank you for contacting Online Support. The only time a backorder credit will disappear is if you can cancel a backorder rather than setting to another domain name or the backorder fails to capture a domain name and you do not assign it to another domain. Otherwise the backorder will remain until a domain name is captured.

小弟理解為...

在到期日那天, 當你的backorder credit 閒置而沒有 backorder 任何Domain Name. backorder credit 會消失
OR
當你使用backorder credit 後, 接到通知說明backorder域名並不成功後, 該backorder credit 也會視為閒置.
這時你需要把backorder不成功的域名刪除, 並把backorder credit assign 到另一域名上.
否刖, 在到期日那天, backorder credit 會消失.

不知小弟的理解有沒有錯?
