enom账户解冻
 

小弟在enom因为先后注册了两个账户，只关联了一个信用卡的缘故，被enom于上个星期冻结。经过哈拉大大，domain001.com大大和idnclub的qqjj 大大的提示，几次email往来，外加一次传真。终于解冻了，在此表示感谢:bow
以下是小弟的和enom的email，希望能对有类似情况的大大有所帮助（尤其是大陆的同胞）
1：首先，小弟开了第三个账户，不关联任何信用卡，主要目的上使用enom的 help center功能。

The account in question was flagged by our fraud screening system, and was suspended. In order to have us review this issue, you will need to provide us with the following information via fax:

A copy of your identification.

A copy of the credit card used to refill the account (front and back)

A copy of the first page of the statement for the above listed credit card.

All items listed above must be legible. You may fax copies of those items to +1.425.974.4798 at your earliest convenience. Once those arrive, we will review your account status.

Your account has been reactivated. The original refill transaction was reversed back to your credit card, so you will need to refill the account again. Until you complete the refill transaction, you will be unable to purchase any additional domains. Please refill the account no later than Friday to cover the outstanding negative balance, as you had made purchases on the reversed transaction.

总结一下，千万不要直接打电话，我浪费了几十元的国际长途费用，呵呵，哈拉大大警告过我不要打电话，信然~~~~~~~~~
