新增「餘額無法轉出至個人帳戶」,

個人帳戶接收餘額要收手續費, 是 2010/7/21 就開始了. :XD:

之前好像有人貼過...
好像是台灣金融管理機關的一些規定問題...(也不曉得是真是假)

也或許是會不會是要給合作代理者一些甜頭啊?
之前曾經想去使用某些代理整合的..(但也要支付給管理平台手續費+paypal原有的手續費...被扒兩層皮耶 = =)
